Hi. I'm Fio. Fio, Fiora, or Fi is fine. (No one says Fi... I thought people would gravitate towards it because it's one syllable...) Sometimes I write about random neat or obscure games I like over at my personal blog. I like lots of old games, and want to play a bunch of niche or retro things, including RPGMaker games. You should play RPGMaker games, too! I got into streaming on a random whim while making other exciting life changes. My main goal is to foster a relaxed environment where I show people cool retro games or awesome niche/obscure things, though slightly more modern games do come up here and there, like the PC version of La-Mulana. If you're curious about my tastes, some examples of games I love include ASTLIBRA, Zakuzaku Actors, SaGa games, Void Stranger, ZeroRanger, Lufia 2, Brigandine, and Der Langrisser. Or if you want to see the full list of my top 100 games which no longer accidentally has SaGa Frontier 2 listed on it twice, feel free to see my pinned Bluesky post over here!
Schedule
I stream in the evening starting 7:00 PM EST on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Streams typically run 5-6 hours on average. Feel free to join my Discord server for going live notifications or to stay updated on if I'm shifting/cancelling stream for any reason. I don't really post schedules but I do keep one in text format that I update there pretty routinely, if you really want to see.
Rules
* If you fail the vibe check, you may get exploded regardless of breaking any rules. * No hate speech, no bigotry of any kind. * Please do not backseat. If you think it's vital (either because there's a really funny secret/something that will ruin the game if I miss it), just ask me first! * Back and forth goofs and banter at my expense are totally fine, BUT, please consider this as providing consent for me to sass you back. Affectionately. (However, if you're just mean and not funny, consider not doing that.) * The above is never an excuse to be rude to other people in chat. * Please always feel free to suggest or tell me about cool games I may not have heard of! There's a separate Games Suggestion Form below the stream if you'd rather do it privately.
