ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Pockets — And then there’s BOSS. BOSS isn’t exactly a character I play. She’s more like the part of me that already existed but finally got tired of waiting for permission to show up. Pockets is the woman behind the keyboard: easily distracted, chronically capable of turning simple tasks into self-inflicted hard mode, occasionally forgetting what she was doing mid-sentence, and very likely to apologize to an NPC for something that was absolutely not her fault. BOSS is the Guild Master who insists we had a plan the entire time. Together, somehow, they built Department Zero. Department Zero started as the world around my stream and slowly became something much bigger. It’s part cozy gaming space, part imaginary headquarters, part ongoing inside joke, and part reminder that you don't have to be the loudest, coolest, most skilled, or most put-together person in the room to belong there. I’m a gamer, creator, professional overthinker, lifelong learner, and a 44-year-old woman who decided it was not too late to try something new, be a little ridiculous, make things I love, and see what happens. My streams aren't about being the best at games. That would be a very unfortunate business model. They're about figuring things out together. Getting distracted. Laughing when everything goes sideways. Celebrating the tiny victories. Occasionally learning something completely by accident. And creating a place where people can hang out without feeling like they have to perform to earn their seat. You'll also see a little black cat named Harley throughout Department Zero. She was my girl, my shadow, and the Queen of our house. She's no longer physically here, but she earned her place in this world long before any of us realized we were building one. Around here, Harley still watches BOSS, judges her questionable decisions, reminds her to eat, and generally represents chat's collective concern. So whether you came for cozy games, chaos, questionable decision-making, BOSS's completely legitimate operational protocols, Harley's judgment, or just somewhere comfortable to spend a little time: Welcome to Department Zero. You don't have to prove your worth before you belong. Pull up a chair. The Guild has room for you.

I love supporting Indy Developers and have a HUGE library of games on Steam that I love to rotate through depending on how I am feeling or wanting to play. 322 to be exact lol

It will be one of the first thing I upgrade when I am able to.
SCHEDULE
Right now, my schedule is M-F mid morning to about 5p CST. Weekends will be a later start time, roughtly mid afternoon until I get sleepy and end the stream. I know that is vague right now, but I am working around some medical issues and really am not sure what I can commit to now or in the near future. I just know I love gaming and streaming and am happy to have the oppertunity and capability to do it right now! <3
